Q: Tell us about your role and acting in this movie.

KM: My role in this movie is a guy called Shihoo. He’s a character who has lots of secrets. His character is completely the opposite of me.I paid attention to my pronunciation a lot for the acting. Because the lines were in Japanese, I asked the teacher for help w/ it.

Q: Which scene left the biggest impression?
KM: The scene when Kanna went to Jihoo and Shihoo’s house and found out that they were twins. That was the first scene I took during the filming of Go Go Ikemen 5 and that time, I really talked a lot with Youngmin and we practiced our acting together going over our lines and such

Q: After confessing to Kanna about being the secret twin, how do you think Shihoo felt?

KM: I think he’d feel very relieved. Because he is always hidden, he just really wants someone to know his real self as Shihoo. If I were Shihoo, I think I’d definitely do the same thing. I wouldn’t hide my identity and just confidently let everyone know the real me.

Q: How do you feel about filming with Youngmin?

KM: That time, he gave me a lot of help because Youngmin is my hyung after all, and yes, I received many good advice from him. To be very honest, his acting is a lot better than mine. laughs That’s why I always receive lots of help from him ever since we were kids.

Q: What do you think about girls like Kanna’s character?

KM: For me, innocent girls is of course also good but I think I prefer a more lady-like and mature girl.

Q: What will you do if all members fall in love with the same girl?

KM: I think all members falling in love with the same girl is a bit…..I think that I will give up on her not because I think that I would lose to the other members but I don’t want to ruin my relationship with the members because of a girl so I think it’ll be better if I just hide my feelings.

Q: What would you like to hear from a girl?

KM: I think I’ll like it if she says “hug me” because it makes my heart flutter and I think that would make me want to hug her more and I think it would be cute

Q: What do you think about the completed movie?

KM: We were really shy when watching ourselves in the movie, we are amazed. Right before we were about to watch it, I remember we felt burdened. We already did our best but we were still very worried about what the movie would come out to be like so I was really nervous when we were watching the movie and I realized there were scenes how my lines sounded and felt really awkward.

Q: After the movie was released to the public, how do you feel?

KM: First off, I was relieved that we successfully completed the filming and I wish this will be a meaningful movie that leaves a deep impression for someone out there and I really hope lots of people will watch this movie and gain lots of interest towards Boyfriend.

Q: How do you want everyone to think about your character in the movie?

KM: I hope everyone likes all characters portrayed in the movie Go Go Ikemen 5 and that everyone can feel the characters that we tried to portray in the movie.

Q: What kind of ikemen do you want to be?

KM: I just want to be a man that.. I want everyone to be able to see my charm and want to become someone who can freely show my overflowing charms. I think my charm is being a little bit 4D. I’m a little bit different compared to other people, a bit 4D and I’m also very bright, so I’d like to show everyone those charms.
